Terms of Service

Eligibility and activation

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for every business or other person you enroll. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Service begins only after we approve your application and required identity verification and mailbox authorization, including USPS Form 1583, are complete. A demonstration signup or test payment does not activate a mailbox.

Address use and recipients

Use only the assigned address format and mailbox number we provide, including the required PMB or # designation. Each recipient must be approved and covered by the required authorization. A mailbox does not provide residence, office occupancy, a lease, registered-agent services, or guaranteed acceptance by banks, licensing agencies, government bodies, or listing platforms. Verify address eligibility for your intended use before purchasing.

Mail services and instructions

We provide the receiving, item photographs, scanning, pickup, forwarding, and shredding services included in your selected plan or separately authorized order, subject to availability. Opening and scanning requires your authorization. Shredding and disposal are irreversible; confirm instructions carefully. We follow applicable postal requirements even when an instruction conflicts with them.

Pickup is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Pacific, excluding posted closures. We may require identification and authorization for pickup. Notifications and scans are aids to managing mail; you remain responsible for reviewing your account and acting on deadlines.

Forwarding requires a valid destination, your authorization, and payment of disclosed postage and handling charges. Carrier transit times are estimates. Restricted, hazardous, perishable, oversized, cash-on-delivery, and otherwise unsuitable items may be ineligible under our published restrictions and applicable law. Plans, charges, and renewal

Current proposed monthly plans are Starter $6.99, Plus $12.99, and Pro $24.99. Your checkout confirmation states the actual price, included allowances, billing date, and any taxes. Additional scans, excess incoming items, extra recipients, forwarding, postage, storage, or other optional services cost extra only as disclosed and authorized. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled under our Cancellation and Refund Policy. We obtain your express consent to recurring charges separately at enrollment and provide a retainable confirmation. We send legally required reminders and notices of changes. Price changes apply prospectively after required notice, with an opportunity to cancel before the changed charge.

Storage and account responsibility

Keep credentials secure, maintain a working contact email and payment method, and promptly report unauthorized access or incorrect mail instructions. Do not access another customer’s information, interfere with the service, submit fraudulent documents, or use the address or service for unlawful activity.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict services for nonpayment, incomplete verification, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, or material breach. We provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve issues when appropriate; immediate restrictions may be necessary for legal or security reasons. Any restriction or termination remains subject to mandatory mail-handling obligations. We do not treat unpaid fees as permission to unlawfully destroy or withhold mail.

You may cancel as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. On closure, stop using the address, update senders, arrange remaining mail and required post-termination remailing, and download needed scans. Refunds and remaining authorized charges are governed by that policy and applicable law.

Service limitations and disputes

We use reasonable care in performing services. Carrier delays, outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery or access. We do not guarantee that every mail item or scan will arrive by a particular deadline. These Terms do not excuse our failure to use reasonable care or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Report missing or damaged mail, incorrect scans, billing errors, or other concerns promptly to [SUPPORT EMAIL] so we can investigate. These Terms do not impose a shortened legal claim period, mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a monetary liability cap. California law governs, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory consumer protections. You retain access to small-claims court and other legally available remedies.

Changes and general provisions

We will notify you of material changes before they apply and obtain additional consent where required. Changes do not retroactively alter accrued claims or authorize new charges without required consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law.
