Monthly allowances reset each calendar month. One scan page means one scanned side; a double-sided sheet counts as two pages. Forwarding is available on all plans. Letter consolidation into one standard envelope is included in the shipment handling fee. Postage is charged at actual label cost.
Package acceptance, size and weight limits, package storage, oversized items and special packing require staff confirmation and a quote before acceptance or processing. Check deposit is not offered at launch. Service begins after verification and approval; checkout remains paused.
