From your first delivery to your next pickup, here’s what to expect.
Choose your plan, then complete USPS Form 1583 and provide the required identification to authorize Center Street Mail to receive mail on your behalf. We’ll guide you through setup and assign your private mailbox (PMB) number. Once your application is approved and we confirm activation, you can begin using your new mailing address.
Our team provides the required forms and ID instructions during onboarding.
Once your mailbox is active, use your assigned mailing address. We receive your mail, photograph the outside of each item and log it for your review.
You can see what arrived before deciding which items need your attention.
Review your mail online and request the service that fits the item. Read an important letter, send an original onward, or save it for your next visit.
Explore your mail options ↓Return to your mailbox when you need to review incoming items or make another request. Your physical mail can be collected locally or forwarded on request.

After mailbox authorization, identity verification and approval are complete. Staff will confirm your assigned mailbox number and mailing instructions.
Package acceptance, size and weight limits, storage and special handling require staff confirmation. Contact the team before arranging a package delivery.
